Aria Liese (リーゼアリア Rīzearia, officially Liesearia) is one of the Liese Twins, Gil Graham's catgirl familiars. She and her sister Lotte are shown to be very loyal to their master, always obeying his orders.
Aria is very capable with magic battles and was Chrono Harlaown's combat magic teacher when he was still learning.
Appearance[]
Aria looks almost identical to her twin sister Lotte, however, she can be distinguished by a slightly longer hair.
In A's[]
The extent of Liese Twins' magical power is revealed in A's when they interfere in the Wolkenritter's battles against Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa disguised as the mysterious "masked men" as part of their master's orders to complete his plan. Near the end of the season, they manage to destroy all the Wolkenritter in a surprise attack with little effort before finally being captured by Chrono.
In StrikerS[]
A photo of Gil and the Liese twins in their cat forms appears briefly in episode 13 of StrikerS.
Powers[]
Comparing with her sister, Aria is more proficient in ranged spells instead of cross-range combat. Thus she is presumably the Masked Man who blocks Nanoha's Divine Buster Extension and casts Long Range Bind and Hoop Bind. She also shapeshifts as red-and-white Nanoha when attempting to cheat Hayate Yagami.[2]
