Arondight (アロンダイト Arondaito) is a high-speed bombardment attack possessed by Lord Dearche in the portable continuity. It is in substance a copy of Hayate Yagami's Claíomh Solais.
The notable incantation used by Dearche include "Sword of destruction!" (破壊の剣！ Hakai no tsurugi!) and "Be blown away!" (消し飛べ！ Keshitobe!)
Name[]
The spell is named after the sword of Sir Lancelot, one of the knights of King Arthur's Round Table.
Notable uses[]
- Arondight is Dearche's long-range bombardment attack in The Battle of Aces, and recurs in The Gears of Destiny. The charged version in the games further generates a spherical explosion upon hitting.
- In Reflection, Dearche casts it against Hayate during their battle at Allston Sea theme park.
- In Detonation, Dearche casts it against Yuri during the soul trio's fight. Dearche later also casts it against Phil Maxwell, right after he attacked Stern.
