|Primary caster||Fate Testarossa|
|Japanese name||ブリッツアクション |
|First app.||Nanoha (ep.5)|
Blitz Action first appears in Nanoha, and is later replaced by Blitz Rush (for aerial battles) after Bardiche receives a cartridge system upgrade. While both spells are designed for short range, another spell named Sonic Move is also developed for long range high speed movements.
By the time of StrikerS, Blitz Action's supportive function is fine-tuned for body movements such as wielding and footwork, in addition to only short range general movements. It is also Fate's choice on the ground or indoors.
Notable uses[edit | edit source]
- In Nanoha (ep.5), Fate first uses Blitz Action on the ground during her battle with Nanoha Takamachi.
- Fate probably uses Blitz Action in the aerial battle with Nanoha in Nanoha (ep.6) as well.
- Fate uses it as a demonstration in StrikerS (ep.6) during her evasion training for Erio Mondial and Caro Ru Lushe.
Variations[edit | edit source]
Blitz Rush (ブリッツラッシュ Burittsu Rasshu) is the enhanced version of the spell after the upgrade as Bardiche Assault, especially for aerial battles. Fate first uses it in her battle against Signum in A's (ep.5), and later in A's (ep.7). It can even have effect on the speed of projectiles like Plasma Lancer, as seen in A's (ep.5).
