Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's Portable: The Gears of Destiny Sound Stage M is the first Sound Stage of The Gears of Destiny. It was originally published on June 30, 2012 as a gift of Megami Magazine August 2012 issue.
Titled Under the Sky of Eltria (エルトリアの空の下から Erutoria no Sora no Shita kara), it covers the story on Eltria after Sequence X, chronologically around three years after the Book of Darkness Incident.[1] While considered part of the portable continuity, it involves Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa of the movie continuity time-travelling from the midst of The MOVIE 2nd A's, as this Sound Stage also serves to promote that movie.

Nanoha and Fate from the midst of The MOVIE 2nd A's time-travel to Eltria of three years later due to a dimension quake, and befriend the Purple Sky family and Florian sisters. After spending a nice day together, they are sent back to their timeline and universe.
Long summary[]
On Eltria, the Purple Sky family and Florian sisters are living their daily lives as usual. One day, Nanoha and Fate suddenly fall from the sky onto Eltria, and are noticed/discovered by the Eltrian group.
After Yuri Eberwein's chat with them, it is revealed they are actually from the movie continuity, at the timepoint that Raising Heart and Bardiche are broken by the Wolkenritter and undergoing repairs (during the early stage of the Book of Darkness Incident) in 0065. They time-travelled from Uminari City to Eltria due to a dimensional quake happened during their magic practice. It is then suspected that the dimensional quake is caused by an artefact found by Levi in a ruined laboratory and placed at their residence. Notably, after knowing the above, Dearche changes her hairstyle and clothes on purpose, in order to avoid affecting the future destinies of them and Hayate Yagami after sending them back to their timeline with memory seal later, in case she leaves them a too-strong impression.
During a spar between Nanoha and Stern, Stern mentions she is advantageous because, in addition to the absence of Raising Heart, she has three more years of experience over Nanoha, indicating the current timepoint is, if parallel to Midchilda, around New Calendar early 0069 (instead of 0068, considering the timeline mentioned in Gears of Destiny Sound Stage A).
When the night comes, Amitie finally manages to figure out the dimensional transfer spot. After dinner and farewell, Nanoha and Fate are sent back to their own timeline and universe.
