Lotte Liese (リーゼロッテ Rīzerotte, officially Lieselotte) is one of the Liese Twins, Gil Graham's catgirl familiars. She and her sister Aria are shown to be very loyal to their master, always obeying his orders.
Lotte is very capable with hand-to-hand combats and was Chrono Harlaown's close combat teacher when he was still learning.
Appearance[]
Lotte looks almost identical to her twin sister Aria, however, she can be distinguished by a slightly shorter hair.
Personality[]
She is far more excitable than her sister is and seems to be boy-crazy, as the first thing she did when seeing Chrono Harlaown in A's (ep.6) was to jump at him, hug him to her breasts, tackle him to the ground and start kissing him repeatedly. Upon sensing Yuuno Scrya animal nature, she immediately asked if she could "taste the cute mouseboy", making him nervous.
She again shows affection for Yuuno in Gears of Destiny where, when mistaking Yuuno for a Dark Fragment, is annoyed that the Book of Darness created a copy of her beloved rodent. When finding out it was the real Yuuno, she profusely apologizes, offering to give him pets and kisses later, which Yuuno turns down but thanks for the offer.
In A's[]
The extent of Liese Twins' magical power is revealed in A's when they interfere in the Wolkenritter's battles against Nanoha Takamachi and Fate Testarossa disguised as the mysterious "masked men" as part of their master's orders to complete his plan. Near the end of the season, they manage to destroy all the Wolkenritter in a surprise attack with little effort before finally being captured by Chrono.
In StrikerS[]
A photo of Gil and the Liese twins in their cat forms appears briefly in episode 13 of StrikerS.
Powers[]
Comparing with her sister, Lotte is more proficient in cross-range combat instead of ranged spells. Thus she is presumably the Masked Man who raids Chrono and Fate and extracts the Wolkenritter's Linker Cores. She also shapeshifts as blue-and-black Fate when attempting to cheat Hayate Yagami.[2]
