Masaki Tsuzuki (都築真紀 Tsuzuki Masaki) is a Japanese writer and author who wrote the scripts of the Triangle Heart series of video games and of the entire Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise. He is thus responsible for the entire lore and development of the Nanoha universe.
