Short summary[]
Nanoha and Fate fight the much stronger Wolkenritter, and in the end Nanoha loses her Linker Core to the enemy while both Raising Heart and Bardiche are in severely damaged states.
Long summary[]
At the start of the episode, Nanoha is beaten and about to have her Linker Core stolen by Vita. However, Fate and Yuuno arrive and with Arf's help, are able to temporarily subdue Vita. Unfortunately, for Fate, Signum appears and prevents Fate from getting answers.
With Signum, Vita, and Zafira on one side and Fate, Yuuno, and Arf on the other side, the battle is relatively evenly matched until Nanoha decides a risky method to break the barrier upon the advice of Raising Heart.
