Like Belka, this world's name may be a reference to Erusea (エルジア Erujia) from the Ace Combat series: a militaristic country that suffered an economic collapse following a global catastrophe.
History[]
By 0075 NC, Southern Orusea has been in the state of permanent civil war for many years and had seen large-scale deployment of mass weaponry. Very little has been revealed about this world, but it can be conjectured that the Administrative Bureau has little presence there, only occasionally taking some individuals off-world, such as when its agents rescued the critically wounded Runessa.
