Otto (オットー Ottō) is, despite her boyish looks, actually a female Combat Cyborg first introduced in StrikerS.
Name[]
Otto is named after the Italian for "eight".
Personality[]
Along with Deed and Sette, Otto is one of the last Numbers to be completed. Being a taciturn person makes hard for her to communicate with others. But due to their akin personalities, she and Deed share a strong bond that allows them a degree of silent mutual understanding. In the absence of any of her oldest sisters, Otto is the one who takes the leadership over the late generation Numbers. Otto's nigh-emotionless personality is believed to be the result of manipulation carried out by Quattro upon the final batch of Numbers to remove "excess elements" from their composition.[1]
In StrikerS[]

Towards the end of the JS Incident, Otto is located and taken in custody by Shamal and Zafira.
By the end of StrikerS, she enters rehab and later joins the Saint Church along with Deed, working as a butler under Carim Gracia, their legal guardian. Like Sister Schach, Otto is also responsible as Carim's secretary and body guard.[2]
In ViVid[]
In ViVid, Otto is the most insistent on calling Vivio Takamachi "Your Majesty", in reference to her being de-facto a Saint King. Although initially irritated by this, Vivio had to accept such form of address.
Later, under the arrangement of Nove, Otto becomes the personal trainer and second of Corona Timil, before and during the Intermiddle Championship.
