Scaglietti's Device (スカリエッティのデバイス Sukarietti no Debaisu) is Jail Scaglietti's glove-shaped controller Device equipped on his right hand. It is mana-driven but uses a unique magic system that is neither Midchildan nor Belkan.[1] The Magic Circle that appears around it in Episode 22 and the circles that appear round the base of the threads cast using it in Episodes 22 and 24 appear similar in form to the ones used by the Combat Cyborgs.
Name[]
The name of the Device is not known. The DVD booklet refers to it as "Device" while the StrikerS Chronicle refers to it as "Scaglietti's Device".
Appearances[]
It only appears alongside Scaglietti in the last part of StrikerS when Fate T. Harlaown confronts him.
After the JS Incident, it is passed to the Bureau's Main Branch Engineering Division and disassembled.[1]
Forms[]
- The presence of its standby form is unknown.
- In its active/usual form, it takes the form of a long black glove with red marks, covering up to the wrist. There are a gold chip on the back of the hand and sharp metallic nails on each of the fingertips. It can control the Capturing Thread spell.
