Schlangebeißen (シュランゲバイセン Shurange Baisen)[1] is Signum's basic attack with Laevatein in Schlangeform. It can attack opponents in the mid-range, which Schwertform cannot reach.

"Schlangebeißen" is German for "Biting Snake".
Variations[]
- Schlangebeißen Angriff (シュランゲバイセン・アングリフ Shurange Baisen Angurifu, Ger. Biting Snake Assault)[2] (Rank: AA+) is a strengthened area attack, whose kinetic energy through wielding is high enough to break strong barriers. The demerits of the attack are that Signum cannot move and is difficult to defend. By the end of JS Incident in StrikerS (ep.26), it is cast under Agito's Raging Fire Blade buff to block missiles from and destroy some Type-II Gadget Drones.
- Schlangebeißen Schneiden (シュランゲバイセン・シュナイデン Shurange Baisen Shunaiden, Ger. Biting Snake Cut) is the cross-range catch attack used by Signum in The Battle of Aces.[3]
