The Three Aces assembled for the first time during the final Book of Darkness incident
The "Three Aces" is a moniker given collectively to the three young star mages of the Time-Space Administrative Bureau at least as far back as 0071.[1] The Aces are:
- Nanoha Takamachi ("the Ace of Aces", "Ace of the Air Force")
- Fate Testarossa ("Ace of the Sailing Force")
- Hayate Yagami ("Ace of the Ground Forces")
On at least one occasion, the three of them have been compared to the "Three Legendary Admirals" (Midget Crowbel, Leone Phils, and Largo Kiel), who played a major role in the formation of the Bureau itself.[2]
