Unlimited Desire

The TSAB High Council oversaw the Unlimited Desire project

Unlimited Desire (無限の欲望(アンリミテッドデザイア) Anrimiteddo Dezaia, lit. "Infinite Desire") was a top-secret research project conducted by the TSAB High Council in order to obtain Lost Logia-class weapons for the Administrative Bureau. The end result of the project was Dr. Jail Scaglietti, an Artificial Mage and a brilliant scientist implanted with a grand dream (the eponymous "infinite desire") to obtain the long-lost secrets of the Ancient Belka and Al-Hazard. The JS Incident was a direct consequence of the project.
